Penelope Jones was an assistant for Chief Rebecca Vincent. Her job, do whatever Chief Vincent asked and don't make her upset. Pennie, Penelope's nickname, lived alone in her nice sized one bedroom apartment. One day she meets the turtle through her boss and one catches her eyes. As for said turtle, she catches his attention as well. Now know this, Penelope was shy and awkward and when she meets this certain turtle in blue, her characteristics show brightly.
