Frisk had gone through the underground but she didn't make it very far until Undyne, the captain of the Royal Guard, had killed her and had gotten the 6th soul that they needed in order to leave... but a certain Skeleton with a some what a dark sense of humor had liked Frisk a little... he knew that Frisk had the capability of resetting so he was waiting for her to reset so he could tell her but the one faithful day that everything reset... it did not bring back Frisk... Instead you were there with no memory of how you got there as you laid in a pile of golden flowers. And as you continue on your journey you will not only gain the eye's of Fell but the eye's of someone else... someone you knew from the start... (Slight swearing because of it begin underfell... I will try my best to not use to many.)
