A girl name Tara has been told "shut the fuck up" and "shut up" and"shhh" and "shut up you are annoying."her whole life. One day she goes to a party (someones 16 birthday) with some of the bullies from school, she gets held down and one of the petty cheerleaders tape her mouth shut.
