Once again, they all laughed harmoniously. It's a joke they all laugh at during a toxic day at the hospital. The fantasies, her ambitious or rather presumptuous mouth was an entertainment to divert their attention to her narrations of how she should've lived if she was born in Korea, instead of the statistics of mortality rate in front of them.

If only it was just a joke everything would've been easy.
