The Midnight Train
The midnight train-a phantom ride that unfailingly arrives at the stroke of twelve-is the preferred choice for those journeying to the remote Sydney Islands. It glides through the fog, its whistle echoing like a ghostly wail in the dead of night. "Hey... don't board that train," whispers an old station master, his eyes shadowed with secrets. "It's dangerous." "But why?" you ask, curiosity piqued. His voice lowers to a trembling hush. "Some things can't be spoken... and some truths are too dark to be believed." What sinister forces lurk in the shadows of the midnight train? What happens to those who dare to step aboard? Some say it's a one-way ticket into the unknown... but no one who has taken that journey has ever returned to tell the tale.
