Bell Abandonato is just trying to find her dad, who she never knew, and who is not quite human. She became a demon hunter to find him,and she's getting married in half a year, and she wants to find him by then. When she finds a mysterious stranger called Michael, who says he can help her find her father, she goes with him on what seems like an innocent mission. But this choice sets off a chain of events that deeply affects Bell and all the people around her, and which she is powerless to stop.
