The Oleander Project

Spring- Pudong District of Shanghai, China
A girl at the age of three is taken by a group of men in all black gear and masks from her burning home- along with her parents still inside. In the mists of confusion, she then is dropped off in an orphanage, only to be put on a plane to Novosibirsk, Russia a year later by these same mysterious men, where she meets a man who calls himself 'Papa.'
She is promised a bright future- to become a highly refined and educated woman and be able to see the world, but with a price- She must do exactly as papa says- fair enough right?
But the life she is given is not simply out of charity- the true main objective is to shape her into a perfect, full-fledged and lethal weapon, to be able to take lives without hesitation,
But especially unable to recognize the feeling of empathy.
As a beautiful tragedy- she will unknowingly be the start of what is known as the Oleander Project.
