Guitar Pics and Tattoos (Frank Iero Fanfic)

About 60% of the world's population has been wiped out by a meteor that struck the Earth about twenty years ago. When this happened, the UN got together and had scientist all over the world come up with a plan for repopulation. The end result was a serum that altered DNA so that on the day a person turned sixteen, they would develop two tattoos. One tattoo would appear on the inner wrist and be a barcode, the other could be anywhere in the body and be half of a whole tattoo. Another person would develop the other half, and they were said to be soulmates. If this person wasn't found before you were 30, the barcode tattoo was scanned and you were sent into the Repopulation Initiative.
Andy didn't want to be tied to someone for the rest of her life, but she sure didn't want to have to make babies with a stranger. One day while at work a certain band comes to her work and her tattoos start to feel a little funny. She can't help but dread what she knows is coming.
