It has been 8 years since Garry and Ib have escaped the horrors that were in the Guertena Art Gallery. After their horrifying experiences of fleeing for the lives, running away from moving paintings, sculptures, and even creepy dolls, they escape through the Fabricated World, and end up in their own world once again, where they go on with their normal lives. But do Garry and Ib ever see each other again after everything?

Nine years after the events of Ib, Ibara returns to the art gallery after discovering that the Guertena exhibit is back in town. There she meets a familiar blond that ends up dragging her back into the Fabricated World that she escaped nine years before. She uses this to her advantage and uses the opportunity to rescue Garry and seal Mary back into the painted world, forever.
