As I lay awoken by the sound of cries that could only be made by an infant, I start to wonder, 'what the hell, I don't have an infant'.

In which Nova Sanchez gets herself in over her head concerning the man next door who's best friend seems to be his six-month-old daughter, Paisley. Yet, it is not the sheer adorableness of his daughter that seems to draw Nova towards him more and more as the days pass, but his striking brown eyes that she can't seem to look away from, nor ignore.

Making the first reckless decision in her life, Nova embarks on a journey through what seems to be a Hell on earth, alongside a baby that has had to endure her mistakes towards the simple task of warming a bottle. Yet, as her journey through childcare continues, Nova realises that she wouldn't have traded it for the world, since, after all, it had become her world.

Just one look at the piercing brown eyes that always seem to be surrounding her and Nova seems to agree to anything. Thank God that there was only one person that had that effect on her, even if it just so happened to be Vic Fuentes.
