A Healer's Soul (A Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji Fan Fic)

Lady Corianna Spyridon has just escaped her hellish life with her father and stepmother to flee to the house of a childhood friend: Ciel Phantomhive. She knows right away that her friend is not the same as he was just over two years ago, the last time she saw him, but neither is she. Of course, she thought he was dead for a year before learning otherwise, so she's just glad to be with him again, and be free to do as she pleases. It's nice that someone finally cares for her after her own father was turned into a stranger.

But in Ciel's service is a butler, named Sebastian. Cory knows that he's a demon, and that he's one of the reasons Ciel is changed. She also knows that, at the end of Ciel's contract with Sebastian, the butler will devour her friend's soul. But then again, Cory's not exactly what you'd call normal, and she's not about to let Ciel suffer a fate worse than death just to get revenge.
