When Officer Bobby Brooks comes to Phoenix, Arizona things don't go so well for the underground Street Racers. Things differently aren't good when their best Mechanic, Adam Bell, get's arrested, who soon followed by Drake Cheville, Adam's brother-in-law and one of the best street racers.

Cassandra Bell-Cheville, Drake's wife and Adam's older sister, teams up with Rydel Cheville and Charlie Bell to locate the prison that her boys are at and break them out. Things may not be as easy as they want them to be, but you never give up on family.

When they arrive at the prison they soon find out that Adam and Drake aren't there and that Officer Bobby Brooks now on the other side of the wanted list. Things are about to go from bad to hell on Earth.
