There are various amounts of intricate sleep disorders that thousands of people suffer from around the world. Sleep Apnea, Narcolepsy, Lucid Dreaming, Sleep Paralysis, Insomnia, and countless others. One in particular is something I've struggled with all my life.
False awakening.
It's the state in which a someone has lucid dreams, and sometimes 'wake up' into another. This begins to happen so much the dreamer eventually has trouble drawing the correct conclusion if they are conscious or not. Living this way has not been easy, and I hardly remember being in reality as it is. But one person I've known, whether I could differentiate it, has always been here in my dreams and real life.
