One group was the bratty, snobby strings who acted like their music was better than anyone's. And the other group was the concert band who didn't actually give a fuck about the performances and competitions. They only gave a fuck about if they were having fun. It was really weird as Mr Weekes and Mr Walker seemed to get along fine.The whole reason they hate each other apparently dated back several decades ago but no one really knew why. Maybe it was because the strings ripped up the concert pieces that belonged to the concert band. Or maybe it was because the concert band broke their expensive violin. Ryan suspected that is was just because they were two different groups of musicians who went to the same school. I mean, it all seemed to come back to that. Ryan was a flutist. Brendon was a Cellist. Nobody knew what was happening, maybe they were just taking a break, but all at once, isn't that weird. One day, as Patrick came back home, his girlfriend (you) disappeared too. He thought you left him but will soon discover what happened to you, and all the other band members who disappeared. If you're not comfortable with "Y/N" being a woman, you can change the pronounce while reading the story, or instead of using "you" use "she". See what I mean? We all know the story. Brendon held the Devil's Key, the most mystic, most coveted item in the world. Everyone wanted it. Everyone would've kill for it. But after everything is taken away from him in seconds, he's forever cursed as a demon in the underworld. He figured it wasn't so bad. Maybe it was what he was meant to do, what he was meant to be. But that all changed soon enough. When Brendon wakes up to the woman who took the key from him dead on the floor and the Devil's Key in his possession but broken with no memory of how any of it happened, he must turn to the only person that he would have any chance of getting help from to regain his memories and figure out how to fix the key. This is my very first short story, so we'll see how this goes 😂 Since his name was never explicitly mentioned in the Say Amen, This is Gospel or Emperor's New Clothes MVs (as it has been said in other music videos) Brendon will be referred to as either his codename "Ringmaster" by others in his line of work or simply B by his best friend a.k.a.
