Cara is a 17 year old girl who had lost her dad. She's a cheerleader and track star also in photography. She's very kind hearted and sweet. Since the beginning of high-school she has been dating her best-friend, Cameron. Cameron is 18 years old and is head football leader. He's been dating Cara since the beginning of school and is very popular and cocky. Grayson is also 18 years old and is new to the school. He's had an abusive and alcoholic dad until now. He's a stoner but is in football. What happens when Grayson notices things about Cara and Cameron's relationship that seem, suspicious. Like Cara having some bruises, very jumpy, and scared to be touched with the slightest motion?

Nine days of hoping for a miracle that would allow him to wake up. Nine long, endless days. Half of me is conquered by despair, while the other half clings to the hope that he will recover soon. I refuse to let fear and doubt overcome me. Hayden is dark and complicated, but as the days pass, I'm more determined to fight for him despite the hurdles in our way. I have to believe that there won't be serious consequences once he wakes up. I have to believe that we will overcome all obstacles and become stronger together. After all, we may be both damaged, but we're each other's salvation.
