This novel is surrounding a young adult male and his "friends" try to survive the malevolent <having or showing a wish to do evil to others> zombies, the backstabbing humans, and the deadly virus spreading, airborne. After a life changing shockwave by the cause of a dying sun hits our earth it kills a numerous <great in number; many> amount of people, there's also a good amount of survivors. The government has known about the dying sun for a good decade <a period of ten years> and has hidden it from the public.
