Jess was born different. You would think that would result in her being seen as special, but that's not the way her pack interprets it. They see her as weak, and in her weakness they use her and abuse her. Things get old, and Jess is tired of being a play thing. All she wants is somewhere to call Home, and she'll be damned if she doesn't find that somewhere.
