You weren't quite sure what you were. As time progressed, you had been called many things. Hope, future, a new beginning. You weren't quite sure why they called you those things, for each passing day you say locked in a cell, waiting for the freedom that would never come. You weren't alone. You grew fond of two other experiments whom you nicknamed Sans and Papyrus. The routines seemed to grow normal, coma-induced trances, painful tests... And then nothing... One day, the pain stops coming. Slowly, the three of you venture outside of the prison and discover that there is a world beyond the cell.

Sans has lived through countless timelines. He's seen the kid make friends with everyone, only to give up in the final moments. He's seen the kid killed, over and over and over again. Sometimes, he'd even done the killing himself. And no one ever remembers. Not even the kid herself. It's an exhausting cycle, one that never seems to end. But there's something different about this run. Another human's fallen down... the kid's sister.

She felt like they only loved her because of her accomplishments, magic powers and nothing else, while in reality that's not true at all. Frisk has freed the monsters of the Underground. Finally, monster kind is allowed to return to the surface. It's been 3 years since then. Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained. Trust is not so easily regained after the slaughter of one's beloved, despite it all being erased. Or was it really?
