Lucy Heartfillia- a member of Fairytail- finds three rare dragon slayer gate keys being mistreated by the one and only Karen Lilica; a member of Blue Pegasus who only used her celestial spirits for tools.
 However, after Karen's death, Lucy finds herself taking the rare keys, only to end up being hunted down for them while finding two more rare third generation dragon slayer keys.
 Along the way, Lucy and her new friends figure out that not everybody can be trusted, while broken promises cannot be mended and are not worth trying to solve.
 The hardest part is making her new celestial spirit keys know that they don't have to inure or accustom themselves to violence or new scars.
