A teenage girl, Gabrielle Whitman, was living a normal, happy life, until a month before her 18th birthday party. A mysterious man who was leader of a strange organization sought her out, after some of her social media posts clued them in that she was one of the holders of what they called the "truth seers sight". The truth seers sight allows one gifted with it to see through another's eyes. For Gabrielle, this happens randomly as she has no idea how to control it or what's wrong with her but all she knows is she shares some strange connection with someone named Marshall Blaine.
