November hates winter; Ethan loves snow.
Ethan likes to see the good in people and might just have a mild case of hero complex; November sells her body in order to put food on the table for her little siblings, while she has lost her faith in the kindness of the world.
November is broken; Ethan is just slightly bent.
Ethan wants to save her; November doesn't want to be saved.

What does that give us? A bunch of contradictions, two seemingly different people, a lesson of trust and plenty of snow, all in the winter months.

But this story starts in the month of November, when a certain someone finds a girl unconscious in the snowy streets and decides to take her home.

Better than Ever

24 parts Complete

Ethan and Alyssa are two high school juniors from completely different worlds. Ethan is a devoted Christian, while Alyssa has had multiple relationships, seeking love in all the wrong places. One night, when an angry ex tries to hit her, Ethan steps in. Gripping the attacker's wrist with unshakable strength, he commands, "Leave, in the name of Jesus!"-and the aggressor flees in fear. For the first time, Alyssa feels something real-love, but not like before. Ethan is different. He's the one. But does he feel the same? Or is there more at play than just emotions?
