When the goody two shoes of the school, Blake Kiestead, gets acussed of something that causes him to lose his spot as student body president and could ruin his scolership he must ask an unlikely group for help, maybe the punkers; "Daranged Lunitics" aren't as bad as people make them out to be, or there just as crazy as there school wide nickname perseves them.
