( Short story based on the Teacher AU between me and my friends. )
Zane is a new student coming from California, and moving to the curently snowy state of Michigan. His anxiety seems to be taking the most of him as he fimds himself in his new class, feeling comfortable as he is introduced to the teacher, and the boy siting next to him. Things take turns and new friends are made. Maybe Delta High can soon become a very wonderful experience for the young man.

One of the main characters of this story isn't your average pretty, size zero, micro mini type of girls. Let me introduce Ava Jacobson. Now don't get me wrong, Ava is a beautiful girl in her own right. He has been out since seventh grade and is thankful he has never gotten hate for it, not that it would have bothered him anyway. Alec Walker is someone who everyone knows and likes, though he doesn't consider himself to be one of the popular kids. He has brown hair, hazel eyes with the perfect mix of brown and green, and his side profile could make angels swoon. Neither of those two boys seem very different from each other, both are kind, well-liked, and very handsome. Even if they aren't friends, you wouldn't expect them to dislike each other. Well, sadly that is incorrect. Ever since they can remember, they have each hated each other with a burning passion. Jace thinks Alec is a jackass know-it-all, and Alec thinks Jace is annoying and throws his personality in everyone's faces. Those seem like very small or petty things that they could easily overcome by having a conversation, but both are too stubborn for that. It is a mutual hate that neither will give up. But when one day they get news that seems like the end of the world... it turns out to be the best thing that has happened to both of them. This story has stupidity, student suffering, and suppressed emotions. It follows Lachlan Mills, a 17 year old boy, as he struggles with his last year of high school, expectations, sports (mainly AFL), friendships, feelings, and a whole lot of idiocy. This is set in Australia so I'll defo put glossaries at the end of each chapter in case you don't know what something means. There's a lot of bad language in this, it's pretty realistic for Aussie high schools though so sorry in advance. There are some serious themes like mental health, but a solid amount of humour too. Also this is technically bl, it'll take a while to get there tho but trust. (I will edit this when i figure out the extent of everything this story covers.)
