16 year old Jamelia Roberts was your everyday teenage girl, but she wasn't like any other girl. Jamelia was Bigender. She would dress as a boy at some points, and there are some days where she would dress as a girl, and she would be addressed as James. But she's had many insecurities about her sexuality, and it's haunted her since. Jamelia moves to the city of Los Angeles to Westwood Academy and meets two other friends with the same insecurities as her named Avery, a shy yet energetic pansexual, and Devin, a bisexual exchange student from Ireland. The three become the greatest friends and they decide to show the meaning of being brave and being yourself. To not be afraid, and to show who you truly are.
