Elle was forced to move away from her friends and her life in California. Her mom fell in love with her soon to be step dad. After her dad died when she was 10 her mom was never the same. She started leaving in the middle of the night, coming home drunk, and leaving on "weekend work trips". 
  
  She came home one night and brought a man. She told Elle that they were getting married and had to move to Washington. His job required them to move to Washington and leave everything behind. 
  
  Elle had a 3 day notice to pack everything and tell her friends goodbye. It's hard when you're 16 and just starting to find friends that enjoy scooters, trampolines and other crazy stuff. 
  
  Saying goodbye to Tanner, Capron and Corey was the hardest. They were all so close. 

  A year later Tanner, Corey, and Capron all get the same text 
"Guys it's me Elle. I know it's been a while and I'm sorry I haven't texted or called. I'll explain everything. Meet me at the airport tomorrow morning at 9..."

  The boys looked at one another, confused and concerned. What happened to Elle? Why now? Why hasn't she called? All these questions consumed the boys minds. Will they meet up with Elle?
