Katheryn Moore (Kat) lived the perfect life with her parents in Florida. She had amazing friends, but her biggest ackomplishment was her writing. Kat had worked hard to become the publisher of her school's newspaper. Now, she was forced to leave all of it behind after her parents nailed a major journalism opportunity in the UK. Kat had to pack up all of her stuff and move in with her Uncle Eric in Faymont, Michigan. In order to join the newspaper at her new school, she must write a compelling piece on the town's star hockey player: Jake Pollard.
