Poised and ready to strike his slogan, political, controversial topics his forte, twenty-two year old Brendon Urie begins to attract a small following. In that small following is twenty-one year old Maddy Prince. She finds herself completely immersed in The Cobra's world, his voice a soothing anecdote for her insomnia. When she decides to find out who the man behind the voice really is, she finds she is not the only one. Brendon's small following has attracted more people, and some of those people don't like what he has to say, some of those people want him stopped at all costs, even if it turns violent and deadly. Can Maddy help protect the allusive Cobra or will they get to him first?
