Normal is not something that can be used to describe anything about Alyss. She goes to school with werewolves and selkies. Her best friends include a fire demon and an overprotective fay. Her boyfriend is a warrior mage, who seems to attract every girl within a twenty feet radius.
In the last five months, she had to battle the person who she thought was her brother and learn to control the powers that were awakened within her. After Sen’s defeat, everything was quiet except for a few rogue creatures.
Now something is stirring. New and old followers of Jarod Maelstrom are appearing, trying to ruin the balance between light and dark. Alyss’ job is to stop them before they succeed in raising Maelstrom, but was Maelstrom right about there being something more to Alyss’ powers? Is she the light that will stop the endless game of darkness or will it finally win?

I closed my eyes ready for my death when I heard a very loud and dangerous growl, I swear I felt the ground under me shook by it. I opened my eyes quickly to see what it is, but I couldn't believe my eyes, I just couldn't. even in this state, me crying mess, in pain, this was just like a dream. H-how is that possible? How can there be a Lycan right in front of me? They exist only in fantasy. I wiped my teary eyes with the back of my hands, it took me only a few seconds to do so, but when I removed my hand the big Lycan which was far away only a few seconds ago was now right in front of me I couldn't help but to scream.
