You were bullied at your old school and no one liked you there...no one! You got into a fight at school and your parent (mom) came to get you. The Principle had expelled you from the school you had to start all over again.your mom was furious with your behavior she'd yell at you not paying any attention to the rood while driving home. You didn't pay any attention to your mom you were not in the mood until.....until everything changed.
This is also my first book I'm writing and I'm writing this book about one of my friends aka holly live yah girlfriend and my best friend so you'll be reading from her perspective. IM also making this a fanfic between the nerd/ jock tale au because she loves spray cray in the au so this story goes out to her.

She had tears in her eyes and was looking at me with disgust. Our eyes locked and it was like the world disappeared. It was her and me. I was to protect her with every fiber in my being and in that moment I want to cherish and comfort her and hurt whoever did this to her. Then it dawned on me. I did this. I hurt my mate. That thought alone made me want so shrivel in a ball and die. We broke eye contact when she quickly got into her car and drove away. She was my mate. A human. I had to make her love me. She went back completely wasted and needed a place to stay for the night since her dad was on her ass about getting drunk so she stays with him. I don't endulge in romance like this it's just fun to write. This is also a slow burn. If you're impatient and want character development fast this book isn't for you. I want to keep this story as realistic as possible and people changing their ways overnight isn't. I also just love books where not everything is sped through and you really get to know the characters and their habits.
