Gumball, 13 years old, doesn't know what to do. His parents have been arguing. He can't sleep when he hears his parents arguing about a divorce. This crushes his heart. He doesn't know what to do anymore. He's slowly driven to self harm, or even suicide. But his friends try to comfort him, but the pain... the pain won't go away. His head is throbbing. 

(My parents have been divorced since I was maybe like 6. They split when I was like 3, but it was officially when I was 6. So a lot of this story comes from the deepest parts of my heart. Please enjoy, and thank you for reading if you do.

He sits by me. "You can't just let people hurt you all the time and then go forgive them like it's nothing!" "And why not?" I ask calmly. "B-because-" Carlos stutters. He looks away. "Because then..." "Seb's a good person. The best out of all of us," Big Red comments. I blush. "I don't know. I just always try my best to do the right thing." But at that moment, a thought hits me like a rock to the head. Keeping secrets from Carlos isn't the right thing. I need to tell him the truth. Soon. Seb's been getting bullied, and is having a hard home life. He wants to look brave, but he knows he really needs Carlos. After one painful event at school, Carlos snaps. ¡IMPORTANT! So Marshal spends time with Gumball and he begins to grow feelings for him be he doesn't know what they are since he doesn't remember what love feels like. His heart begins to beat again and marshal freaks out, the new constant thrumming in his chest giving him head aches and causing him immense pain and confusion. He is completely confused and isolates himself from the world, but gumball, since their rekindled friendship, begins to grow worried, having not seen Marshal in a while. One night, Marshal visits him, and nearly collapses in pain. Not knowing what to do he brings him to the and kingdom hospital. They don't know whats wrong with him so they kick him out, Gumball ends up bringing Marshal to His castle and tries to care for him But since Marshal now has feelings for Gumball, his revived heart beats faster. Gumball had asked him on multiple occasions what was wrong, but all he got in response was "it hurts" and after Gumball comes and sits next to Marshal, he hears marshal saying that the pulsing got faster. Asking where it was, and finding out it was his heart, he is shocked. Etc etc etc.
