It starts in season 7 of the vampire diaries when Stefan sees Caroline with Alaric and the twins and leaves with Valerie. Five years later Damon is the coffin and Bonnie and Enzo are living far from Mystic Falls unlike Caroline and Alaric and the twins that are living in the Salvator boarding house. Caroline feels empty so she decides to find out what she wants and leaves mystic falls looking for Klaus to see what could be between them. Is five years from now in the end of the originals and Hayley is trying to find the cures. Will this too cross paths?
