Leah had plans to follow her dreams when she moved to Los Angeles, California with her best friend, Maria. She didn't plan to meet anyone and fall in love. All she wanted to do was to dance and work hard. Make her way to top by herself. She had it all planned out, but not every plan you make is what your destiny has planned for you. Things will always get in the way. There are obsticals that you will always have to over come in order to make it. Leah knew this like it was the back of her hand. She never expected for things to spiral out of control and not be able to handle them herself. She thought having her best friend, since the 3rd grade, would be the best thing. They both thought together that they could conquer the world. She promised her parents when she was little that she would never let anything in the world distract her when she got older to follow her dreams. She told them that she would finish high school, college, and make it where she needed to be. Follow Leah as she goes through heartache and love. As she relives her horrible past. That she never thought she would have to remember again, even though it may be in the back of her mind constantly nagging at her.

Gemma has many theories on life, but being better off alone is her biggest one. That is, until it's being questioned by a boy from her past. ••• I smirk at Larkin, but he only flicks an eyebrow up at me in challenge. Damn it, why is he so confident? I can barely even look at him without my stomach turning and my mind flashing back to the wedding reception. #55 in ChickLit (2 November 2018) *** {Story is original.
