The era of The Sex Pistols, garbage bag dresses, disco music, and flares is in the past. A wave has been building and now it's crashing down. Now is the era of that wave, new wave, soft rock, glam metal, and shoulder pads. Blair Madison and William Broad, better known by his stage name Billy Idol, have left England behind for a fresh start in America. But for Blair the crowded city reminds her of what she ran away from. As issues from her past begin to reappear, issues from the present scream out to be noticed. Blair has to make a difficult decision, will she run away from her problems or face them head on. It's a nice day to start again....
