After the events of the invasion of Dorin, Emi Takori returns to Couruscant while still in love with Plo Koon who stays behind to help his people recover in the aftermath. Tension builds up between her and the Council who still do not trust her. As Emi struggles to get on with her life, hope for a fresh start presents itself when her old friend Kit Fisto returns from his mission and the two catch up becoming closer than ever. Anakin starts courses on Living Force Philosophy, Precognition, Lightsaber training, Basic Healing, and Kel Dorian language. His journey as a Jedi begins anew. This used to be part of a series but I decided not to continue it. The sequel left me unsatisfied and I quite liked how this story ended as it is. I hope you all liked it as much as I have. Emi finds herself falling into something deeper and forbidden by the Jedi Order when she is around him. When the Separatists attack the Kel Dor homeworld in order to obtain a rare mineral found only on the planet, will Emi be able to put her personal attachment to Koon aside for the good of the mission, and to prove herself worthy of the rank of Jedi Master?
