The Awake

We all have our talents: the ability to roll our tongue, being double-jointed, or a wonderful singing voice amongst many. Some talents are common, while others are rare. Extraordinarily rare. Some of these talents, or, 'abilities' were just too much for the world to handle. Powers that could defy the laws of nature. Powers of incredible beauty, but also of destruction and bloodshed. So, to restore balance, they were hidden. Buried. Forgotten. Yet not fully gone. But now, something has awoken, and a group of seemingly normal teenagers are about to learn that they themselves... aren't very normal at all. That something has been dormant inside them, and now it's awake. Which has completely upset nature's perfect equilibrium once more. And you do NOT. Mess with nature.

#1 This is my first ever story on Wattpad, so I'm kind of terrified, being honest XD. And regarding the story, I know this is an idea people have used before many times in other stories, but it's just so interesting that I had to try my own spin on it.

#2 I 100% would love criticism. All I ask is you be honest, and not cruel or mean. If you think my grammar needs work, or something in the story doesn't make sense then TELL ME! :D

#3 If you've already read this, and come back and a lot is different well I'm really sorry XD. I edited the hell out of Chapter 1 and the description so it's pretty different. A good different tho.

#3 There will be homosexual activity in this book. If you don't like that, or are against it, then please just don't read it. If I log on and find some homophobic hate on my own damn story it'll really upset me. So just move along with your day <3.

#4 This could get quite graphic? If you don't like cussing, violence, abuse etc. Then maybe reconsider? I will give warnings on each chapter if something might be in any way triggering so don't fret :).
