The Cacher family has ruled Thatcher, New Mexico for as long as history can record, and now that they aren't there to do it anymore, it's time for their children, twins Adella and Ethan, to take on the crown and begin their reign. At Thatcher Preparatory Academy, Adella and Ethan are on the top of the hierarchy, their names inflicting fear upon the students in the lower classes. Not for their attitudes, no, but for their power to do whatever they wanted to whomever they pleased to do it to.

Adella Cacher hates where she is. She hates being the most looked-upon person in Thatcher Prep, hates having to step carefully around everyone. She wants to be a normal teenage girl, who goes to parties to get drunk and have fun and occasionally get into trouble with the cops. With her parents' concern about the Cacher reputation, those things are off the table. If she goes to parties, she drinks Coke. To have fun, she has slumber parties. Getting in trouble of any kind will definitely put her parents' reputations at stake.

But, you see, not everyone is perfect. Everyone has some type of flaw.

Even the Cacher family.
