After an especially brutal beating from his abusive boyfriend Carter Willows is rushed to the hospital. After an unfortunate chain of events he finds himself bound to a mental facility. Carter has been in the facility for months, severely depressed and unwilling to speak. He's too afraid. Adrian saved his life all those months ago. Now he's taking care of the broken boy he saved. Carter doesn't recognize him. Adrian doesn't recognize him either at first. His mission, given to him by his superior, is to convince Carter to open up. Nobody has heard the man speak once.
