Leo Fray is the son of Jocelyn Fray and the half brother of Clary Fray but she doesn't know that. The only one who knows is his father, his mother, and someone else but he never told a soul who because his mother and father don't even know. He is a shadow hunter and was trained to be one since he learned how to walk by his mother but they did it in secrete so Clary didn't find out. He promised his mother that he would protect his sister if there ever came a time she was not able to. So when Valentine returns and takes his mother, he swore to keep his promise and protect his sister.
