On these days, Scott is the calm and steady anchor that helps him through the storm. Based loosely on my own experiences with anxiety and panic attacks. It can be difficult, and sometimes we just need someone to stand by us through the storms until we can stand on our own. On that note, possible trigger warning for description of a panic attack.
