I was hospitalized because I was afraid I was going to kill myself. I had been hearing voices and they put a nightmare in my head that I was trying to kill myself at school. I was sent to the ER and then to an in patient facility. I kept a journal while I was at the facility. This is 100% true.

This is my account of my most recent hospitalization. Most people think that mental rehabilitation facilities are just vacation spots. Well, they are dead wrong. Psychiatric hospitals are very tense environments, and I decided that I'd like to share my full experience with everyone.
