Birgitta the nun, the grumpiest sister ever taking vows, is forever hiding in the Monastery. She wants nothing but to mind her own business - pleasantly seated in her favorite chair in front of a good fire - but is forced on an adventure, as a wizard suddenly turns up at the monastery, bringing her wayward manners and useless staff.
The adventure, such as it turns out to be, brings heaps of misunderstandings, some hope lost, and a bundle of broken trusts. Birgitta the nun, in the end, finds herself on a quest, searching for friendship just as much as longing for solitude.All Rights Reserved

Why, oh why, do I write stories with more than two Sisters in them? I need an Excel Spreadsheet just to keep track! Then I'm still up at 0300 re-editing because I got a number backwards! Welcome to a 2-part What If Sisters story, because they are so darn cute when I finally finish ripping what little hair I have out of my head writing them. The Sisters are so ignored and could have their own series, darn it! So, what do the Sisters do when they are not "on camera" in the RailDex Universe? This is my take on what happens when they get bored... So, this is 10 pages I cranked out in actual writing time of about 16 hours while I was home sick. There is one very important thing you need to remember when you read my Sisters stories: you have to read the Sisters lines pretty much "deadpan". Deadpan definition from Wikipedia: "deliberate display of emotional neutrality or no emotion, commonly as a form of comedic delivery to contrast with the ridiculousness or absurdity of the subject matter. The delivery is meant to be blunt, ironic, laconic, or apparently unintentional." To compare and contrast: Mikoto: "Kamijou has his hands on my chest!" Mikoto shrieks. Misaka 10032: "Savior has placed his hands on Misaka 10032's chest Misaka 10032 observes casually."

At first glance, it seemed to be the perfect fairytale for our main character; being able to experience the medieval time and be surrounded by enchantment wherever she went. She even meets a monk, blessed with the gift of music, who shares her passion and is willing to teach Elena the secrets of the piano. It's perfect. But it was only the tip of the iceberg. Elena's piece of tranquility is broken when she stumbles into another mess, leaving her caged and alone in the forest. Fortunately for our heroine, a prince crosses her path, helping her in her need. One might see this as the Universe's way for entertainment, or the fate's bizarre tactics to bring people together. Whatever it might be, it did not stop Elena from catching the eye of the prince of a powerful kingdom. Before anyone knows what's even happening, they're caught in the middle of it all; like a cat trapped in a yarn. After all, even the stone you trip on is a part of your destiny. What happens when the Universe, and basically everything between hell and heaven, is against you? Simple: it's a journey filled with unforgettable events. So buckle up, folks, because you are in for a ride of pirates, songs, chases, jokes, and a broken soul. After all, there is no flying from fate.
