An ancient alien relic is found by an asteroid mining crew, which turns out to be much more than just a strange black opaque cube.  Logan, brother to one of the miners, is whisked away along with several other specialists to work on a secret project.  Under the watchful eyes of their personal Security Special Forces agents, Logan and colleagues begin to become suspicious behind the motives of the Jackson-Stone Corp.
Jackson-Stone Corp. is the largest company in the world.  With two space elevators, the company monopolized space trade, mining, zero-G tech development and many other facets of the worlds economy.  The company even controlled the government of New Congo.
When the power of the cube is harnessed, will it be used for good or will greed turn humanity down a dangerous path?

This is a working rough draft of my first novel, i would appreciate any feedback that anyone is willing to give.  I have not yet finished the novel, so some parts will be more polished than others. Thank you.All Rights Reserved

When Jia Yi opens his eyes there's a man discussing with him how much of a waste it would be for him to die; next thing he knows he's World Hopping. I must make everyone happy? How do I accomplish that? You want me to make that vindictive backstabber happy? Dream on. Wait, why are these two incessentally bothering me? I'm obligated to bring happiness to everyone but I won't sacrifice my body to fulfill that!

INTERSTELLAR NIGHTMARES VOL. I A group of dwarven men have signed up for the Deep Rock Galactic mining program. They aren't sure how bad it'll be. Did they give their lives away so quickly for the big, juicy price tag? Or have they made the right choice? None are sure, but this, regardless, will begin their story together. This decology of books with an included short story will focus on the character William Bronzegut, the designated Driller of the group of four. Will they manage to live long enough to see the light of day back home? An apology for the random aspect of the books: I do apologize, as the books seem to float in random directions compared to normal storybooks. This has two reasons. First, I am a mediocre writer. I've only written short stories before, and when I did attempt to write a story years ago on here, I never finished it. That book was called Mark of the Mafia, and it was an area I and my friends focused on years ago. I will try my best to improve throughout the series. Second, Deep Rock Galactic tends to be very randomized, as factors of the game are decided by RNGs. From something as simple as which of the three dreadnought types will come out of an egg to something more complex as when a loot box spawns, where it is in terms of map area, and what's inside it in terms of cosmetic loot. A lot of things are random in Deep Rock Galactic. Thus, they will tend to be here too. Again, I do apologize for the random stuff in this book so far. I hope it isn't too unengaging, and I do hope that it is a good series, or at least mediocre. I also will take constructive criticism as best I can, but sometimes I'm a little stupid and don't know how to exactly implement something. To many among the preternatural species, mankind is a disease that must be remedied if anyone is to survive the next step. Kagan, tyrant of the vampire cabal and his ally the mongrel father Ahmu, have raised an army. Fueled by hate and a mysterious stimulant simply known as "juice", they will cut a swath through human civilization. The cabal is not without enemies, however. (My oc story) In the year 1815 a young man was out hunting to save his family from starvation. Out in the woods the young man falls into a cave and discovers that the cave has a group of cults known as the yellow followers. From there the young man was captured and taken to an altar to be sacrificed. His soul was offered to the Great old one, but instead of being taken away the great old one had other plans. But the gift the old one bestowed on him, the young man was sent back to his body. The young man was gifted immortality and Powers beyond anything, at a cost of losing his family and being hunted. The boy is forced to hide and roam in the shadows away from the people and the public as he gets used to what he has become and what he has been given. 250 years later the boy watched as the world has changed over time. But the city he once lived now became a cybernetic dystopia, ruled by a corporation. Now it is up for the boy to bring back what the city was once was as he takes on the corporation and tries to expose who they really are. But he won't be doing this alone as his creations of dark and light fight by his side to fight the corporation.
