Sawada Tsunayoshi is a no good person in other's perspective. However, they are proven wrong when he have shown more guts than any bully he encountered. After his fight against Rokudo Mukuro, he encounters yet again another problem. The ring conflict is soon upon them. But, this is not only his problem. A few days before the start of the conflict, his sister, who is in coma for years, suddenly disappears! Given the problem, he have no choice but to spill his secrets (if you can call them) to his tutor. 

Only that he forgot to mention them to his guardians. Heaven knows that it will save time and headaches for him if he informed them. How will they meet her? Will they see each other again? Will she join the mafia? Or did she already join it?
