A young mother is horrified when her five year-old son is kidnapped by a masked man in an ice cream truck. She fears that the detectives on her son's case will not be able to find him because there are many ice cream trucks that go through the nearby towns. However, there is only one truck that lures children out in the middle of the night. As Vivian battles her own fears, she tries to help the detectives find her only child. And she has only one suspect of her own; her ex fiance.
