This tale begins in the area long after what was come to be known as "The Final War" that engulfed the majority of the world in flame and chaos. As time passed and civilization came back together, there was strife. But, in Anikis, life was peaceful. Soon our young friend Atticus will have a lot to learn of the real world outside of the city. Unforeseen plans have been set into motion that no single person could have halted. The world is on the verge of change again.

Humanity. It goes beyond the common definition of: "a collective group of humans". It's a sense of benevolence. One may act; 'for the sake of humanity' and there are; 'crimes against humanity'. We're supposed to be proud of the human race, yet... humans are self-destructive. A group of elite alien race came to Earth and proved once and for all that we were our own worst enemy. They weren't wrong. but it was too late. They managed to save Earth- eradicating pollution and reversing global warming but they killed anyone who got in their way and indoctrinated the rest. Those who remained revolted. World War III resulted- killing the planet. The War ended but the battle was not won. The fight continues on, despite the destroyed society and Earth we call home. It's a relentless fight between those who want the world to go back to the way it was and those who still fight to hold on to their humanity- no matter what.
