I don't know when it happened, or how, but I know I'm crazy. Nothing more, nothing less. Or well, maybe add weird too. Most people tend to stay away from me and it's no mystery why. They weren't blood brothers, I could tell by their different genetics as soon as I saw them, but there was something about how close they were that made it seem like they were inseparable triplets. I should've known my life was going to change right after I met my new, what my parents wanted me to call them, step brothers. (Y/n), also 18yrs old, is stuck in a house with an emotionally and physically abusive step sister, an avoidant step brother, a Dad who seemed to care more about his work and social status then his son, and a distant step mother. On the outside he looks perfect, he seems to have everything handed to him. On the inside though, however much he may think he's a saint, it's all a ruse to hide his homicidal thoughts. He prays for something new, something that will save him from the drone of life. However the way that prayer is answered might not be what he intended, but what he needs.
