I faced the direction of the woods that the movement was coming from. I dug my claws into the ground and lowered myself ready to pounce. Ethan stood the opposite of me, facing the other way. Movement was coming from the other way as well. I could feel his wolf tighten behind me as he got ready to pounce. "Sierra",he softly growled. I didn't say anything as I waited for what he had to say. Birds made noise as they flew over us. Meaning they were getting closer. I left my chest touch the ground and the vibrations of them getting closer were stronger. "If you have my back I have yours",he backs up until our hips are touching. I felt a touch of power from what he said. I eternally chuckle. I felt bad for whatever was coming towards us. A low growl came from the both of us as they were impossibly near. "We Have Each others Back",I roared as we pounced together.

On a stormy night a young lady notices a fight among wolves and intervines with her bow and arrow and everything stems from there. As I sit on my window sill staring out at the stormy night sky, I feel so at peace with myself and my delicious mug of hot chocolate, there's always something about stormy and rainy days that calms me. As another lightening strikes across the sky, there is something that catches my attention through the trees not too far away from my house. As I sit up and squint to see what it could possibly be bad another lightening flashes, I see quick movements. One dash after the other seemingly there's a chase of some sort in my backyard, but what are they? I make a dash downstairs to my back door to take a closer look and I'm alarmed by loud Thurs, snarls followed by the loudest howl I have ever heard in all my life.... Wolves?

18 year old Aidan has just gotten a new job at the fire watch tower at Yellowstone national park after the original holder of the job mysteriously disappeared. Though exited at first for his new job, he soon learns Yellowstone isn't the paradise it has been made out to be as visitors are one by one found dead, only smears of blood left behind. Aidan then sees something in the forest while on a walk. It's covered in midnight fur, with hoofed feet, a wolfish skull head, and tall antlers rising above its head. He takes Aidan in, practically kidnapping him and keeping him in his home, claiming Aidan is his fated mate . But Aidan soon learns that this dangerous creature might not be as dangerous as he had thought, especially with how affectionate he is with him. Aidan learns that this beast may make him feel strange things he shouldn't be feeling. But the pain from the past and the dangers of the future suddenly collide, sending Aidan and this beast down a perilous path, where being discovered may result in the death of them both. #2 in #furry on 1/4/2025

Torrents of rain pelted down onto the colourfully lit city. The city lights were on and people walked hurriedly through the rain. Cars whizzed past to get home before rush hour. The lamps lit the streets strongly through the rain creating a nice warm atmosphere in the cold weather. Umbrellas bobbed over people's heads, trying to avoid hitting other people in the big crowds. The city buzzed with late night activity amidst the pouring rain. The whole place looked lively, even in the rain. But somewhere behind the wet houses and in the dirtiest part of the city, in a muddy, grimy alleyway, a little dog lay shivering on the cold wet floor. Soon, he was lying on a puddle of water, the open bins on each side of him were getting flooded and garbage started to fall out. An old lamp dimly lit the small garbage alley. It soon fizzled out and all went dark. Still, the dog lay there on the floor. Fire Stairs from the side of the house led down to the alley but no one used it unless they needed to throw things away. The garbage truck almost never came to this street and even less to the alley leaving it with a strong horrid smell and overflowing garbage bins. Suddenly, the small dirty window at the top of the fire stair lit up faintly. The door knob was turned and a grubby little boy was pushed out pouting. The door slammed shut behind him. The little boy crossed his arms and stood still under the strong rain. He scrunched his eyes up and realised it was a bedraggled dog.
