The year is 2148 and New England is over-run with The Silence. Since the Quake when all of the worlds resources ran out and society fell into anarchy, The Silence began to rise up and devour the privileged. They are an organisation, built from the school bullies and class nerds that intend to capture, torture and murder those that guzzled up the finite resources until they sucked the world dry.
Alethia is 17. Her parents were caught and murdered and now The Silence are snapping at her heels. With Joey, a farmers son, and Jackson, a member of the Courtlaws (police/army) by her side will she reveal the Silences secrets and take revenge for the untimely murder of her parents, or will her throat get slit just for the taste of blood?
