The Dark Mage

A world hidden from our own,
secrets we have never known,
a past previously kept concealed,
the Dark Mage's tale shall be revealed.

Axel was smart, both in school and on the streets. Now living with his Aunt, Uncle, and crazy cousin after the sudden death of his parents, all he wants is to get into his dream school. The world has other plans, though. After a strange encounter with a girl who claims to use magic, he is thrown into a world he never could have imagined, filled with fantasy stories come to life. Mages, knights, and mythical creatures. Not to mention, a man known as the "Dark Mage" is hunting him down, wanting him dead, as if killing Axel's parents wasn't enough.

The Dark Mage has a story and a reason, like any normal psycho-killer would, right?
