A young girl, Roxy Harrison, is sent to a shelter by the name of "Mrs. Cooper's Shelter For The Mutants" at five years of age. She has been gifted, or cursed, the power of being an Ice Heart, which happens to give her ice powers! Roxy feels safe and fit in at the shelter, until the day it came: the FBI. It claimed that giving a home to "monsters," harms the protection of all normal humans. Mrs. Cooper, the head of the shelter, refuses to take it down. The FBI threatened that if she didn't give it up in one month, they would attack the lives in the shelter. Roxy now feels the need to do something about it. I couldn't keep my nose out of where it didn't belong and then everyone was involved in the mystery. There's ghosts around every corner in this house, and if we don't figure out what's wrong here, we might just become the next ones.
